Customer service is easy with great customers, what about the ones who we want to wring their neck instead of customer service them?  We start with the reasons why customer service is so difficult, we dig up the mud and then while it is drying, we chip it off.  Having a frame of reference to understand what is important to the customer is huge, we look at how they focus their conversations, is it on people or getting the job done.  Where is our own focus, are we people pleasers or we do the work to please the people kind of people?  Then we look at the way they talk; direct, bold, blunt or quiet, detailed... I think you get the picture, we have to understand our customer, especially under stress and not let it get to us if we are going to customer service them properly.  We also touch on deeper form of listening that will resolve problems almost instantly.  Very popular workshop.
